- Introduction
Welcome to Supreme Interior Design (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products, including interior design consultations, project management, custom builds, wallpaper printing, and installations (collectively, “Services”).
By engaging with us, whether through our website, in person, or via any other communication channel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.
- Services Provided
We offer:
- Interior design consultations for residential, vacation rental, and commercial properties.
- Themed room design and custom furniture builds.
- Wallpaper printing, design, and installation.
- Project management for design and renovation projects.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time.
- Quotes, Proposals, & Payment
- All pricing provided in quotes or proposals is valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit (percentage agreed upon in your proposal) is required to secure project scheduling.
- Final payment is due on or before project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments may be made via accepted payment methods listed in your invoice.
- Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by law.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the project space and requirements.
- Grant timely access to the property for inspections, installations, and deliveries.
- Approve designs and changes promptly to avoid delays.
- Design Ownership & Intellectual Property
- All design concepts, drawings, plans, photos, and other creative work provided by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Final deliverables may be displayed in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless the client requests in writing that we do not share them.
- Product & Material Warranties
- We use high-quality materials and trusted suppliers, but warranties on products and materials are subject to manufacturer terms.
- We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, natural wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse.
- Liability
- We take great care in delivering our Services but are not liable for:
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to manufacturing differences.
- Delays caused by suppliers, shipping, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in question.
- Website Use
- Content on our website, including images, designs, and text, is owned by Supreme Interior Design and protected by copyright law.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.
- Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date changed accordingly. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
