Which areas do you serve?

Do I need every device?
No. Start with what matters most, such as smart locks and leak sensors, and add pool heat, climate or noise monitoring later.
Does it work with my booking system?
Supreme Hub is designed to connect with common booking and property management systems. We confirm compatibility with yours during the free consultation.
Does the noise sensor record guests?
No. It measures sound levels only and does not record audio or conversations.
Are cameras allowed in vacation rentals?
Exterior cameras are generally allowed when disclosed to guests. We never place cameras inside living or sleeping areas, and we help you follow platform and HOA rules.
How long does installation take?
Most single homes are installed and tested in one visit, usually between guest stays. Larger homes or portfolios are scheduled in phases.
What happens if the Wi-Fi goes down?
Smart locks keep working with their stored codes. Other devices reconnect automatically when the internet returns, and you are alerted to outages.
Can it save on energy and repairs?
