We design and print wallpaper murals in-house and pair them with LED lighting and electrical work to bring themed rooms and game rooms to life from concept to final install.
Why Interior Design Matters for Your Vacation Rental
In today’s competitive vacation rental market, the interior design of your property can significantly impact your rental income. A well-designed space not only appeals to potential guests but also encourages repeat bookings and positive reviews. Here are some key ways thoughtful interior design can boost your rental income:
First Impressions Matter
The moment potential guests view your listing, the interior design is one of the first things they notice. Visually appealing room design can set your property apart from the competition, enticing guests to choose your home over others.
Enhanced Guest Experience
A beautifully designed interior enhances the overall guest experience, making their stay memorable and enjoyable. Satisfied guests are more likely to leave positive reviews and recommend your property to others.
Increased Booking Rates
Properties with superior interior design often command higher rental prices. Guests are willing to pay a premium for spaces that offer comfort, style, and functionality.
Efficient Use of Space
Thoughtful design optimizes the use of space, ensuring that every corner of your home is functional and inviting. This can be particularly beneficial in smaller properties where space is at a premium.

Fabrication & Carpentry:
Our in-house team CNC-cuts custom wall features and signage, and builds carpentry, bunk beds, and built-in furniture to match the design.
