What a vacation rental designer does
A designer starts with your competition. We pull up the listings your home is up against, look at their photos, how many they sleep, and what guests complain about. Then we plan the bunk room, the loft, the garage, and the themed rooms before choosing a single bed.

Our shop on Commerce Blvd builds headboards, murals, printed wallpaper, LED lighting, and carpentry in-house. So the design doesn't stop at a mood board, and the furniture package doesn't stop at what a catalog carries. You get one team, one schedule, and one fixed number.
When a package alone is enough
If the house is small, the layout already sleeps what it should, and you don't want themed rooms, a straight package can be the right call. We'll tell you that at the consultation.
